1981: company founder Arto Okkonen into illuminated advertising scene
1988: activity started as trade name T:mi Arto Okkonen
1991: Kymppineon Ky offices were set up in Kajaani, Rovaniemi, Iisalmi and Kuopio
1993: FINNOIL – petrol stations makeover to NESTE, installations nationwide
1994: our own production started
1998: chance of residence to current 2000 square metre location in Takojankatu, Kajaani
1998: two year neon tube maker education program started, tutors from Estonia
2001: continual research and development (R&rD) was set up
2003: production facilities expansion of 1 000 square meters
2004: purchase of Metro Ljusreklam AB in Sweden
2005: Company Image makeover (Kymppineon + Metro => Imagon)
2005: new headquarter office facilities 1 000 square meters
2005: Worlds biggest 82" LCD-display development project started
2006: Symbicon Oy spinoff
2007: Imagon- concern production centralisation to Kajaani
